An updated version of the rules for the Windows Marketplace for Mobile have been published. The most significant changes is that you can publish an unlimited number of paid apps for your 99 USD yearly registration fee. You can publish up to 5 free apps for that fee. For each additional app over that $5 the fee is 20 USD instead of 99 USD. A trial API has also been added so that customers can try out an application at no risk.
